Too Busy to Care

Maybe I’ll call,
Maybe I’ll write,
There’s always tomorrow,
Or maybe tonight,
You put off constantly
Saying there is always another time.
You need to reach out
To that loved one,
Because you may never get
That chance to ever meet.
You need to do it now,
Don’t ever let it be too late,
Because you may no longer,
Be around,
For your time
Has suddenly been beat,
That would be the most horrible defeat,
Because now your life may never be complete.
