“In life there are so many lessons left to be learned”, as a father once said to his child time and time again.

You may think you have been taught it all,

But soon you will find out differently

As other times I may have recalled.

Each day there is a new lesson to be taught

From others you will soon find this,

If you choose to have sought,

There is no such thing as there is nothing left to learn,

As you may later find out when life seems to somehow throw at you some type of curve ball,

Causing unnecessary due concern.

When you finally realize this, think how much

Knowledge you will have now left to gain

Because life has so much more to offer

As well as to explain,

If you choose to go on learning there

Will be better things waiting for you

So later these opportunities may be

At close reach to you too.
What wise words that came from a father who

Always seemed to know best;

They are definitely words to live by

As each day in life seems to be a test,

One to which is always different

From one day to the next;

Now you can finally enjoy life at its best,

All because one father, took the time to take care of his nest.
