Addictions are at a Price

There are so many addictions out there such as drinking, drugs and sex.
Sometimes we try these things to fit in
or just look “cool”.
We think who is it hurting anyways.
Your actually hurting yourself, those you love and
Even more importantly you are hurting GOD.
These addictions can take over your life and
Can actually take over you;
It will leave you feeling like you are
no longer in control.
It will steal what you care most about.
You may start to lose respect from others and even your own self-respect.
It’s time for you to ask GOD to help you through this, and say “no!” when the devil tempts you with these temptations. The devil gives you a sudden thrill or high for this addiction, but in truth that wonderful feeling will not last long. It will cost you more than you already have lost. It could actually cost you your soul. You need to think twice when you give in to this addiction, as nothing is ever worth that kind of price. Stay strong! You are in control of making the right decisions. GOD gives us our conscience as a gift, we need to use it.
